Education and Language Arts

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Education and Language Arts department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:


  • English Language plus


  • four (4) subjects from


  • Economics, Geography / Physics, Government, Home Economics, History,


  • Arabic, Social Studies, Fine Arts, Music and Literature in English.



Local Government and Development Studies


SSCE Requirements


To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Local Government and Development Studies department.


  • English Language,


  • Government or History,


  • Economics,


  • any other two (2) subjects


  • and at least a pass in Mathematics.



Fine Arts

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Fine Arts department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

  • Fine Art,


  • Mathematics, Chemistry,


  • and any one from:


  • Finishing, Ceramics, Graphic Design, Graphic Printing, Decorative Painting, Spray Painting,
