To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Food Technology department under Faculty of Science, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
Biology / Agricultural Science,
any two of the following:
Geography, Food and Nutrition, Economics, Technical Drawing, Physics, Chemistry, Nigerian Language and Home Economics.
At least a pass in Chemistry is required.
