Building Technology (BT)


SSCE Requirements


To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Building Technology (BT) department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:


  • Mathematics,


  • English Language,


  • Physics, Chemistry and


  • any one of


  • Geography, Economics, Arts and Technical drawing.


  • For holders of NTC, the other relevant subjects could be; Intro. to Building Construction, Bricklaying, Concreting, Walls, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Building / Engineering Drawing, Joinery, Carpentry, Gas, Steam Work and Bronze Welding, Cold / Hot Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage.



Urban and Regional Planning (URP)


SSCE Requirements


To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Urban and Regional Planning (URP) department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:


  • English Language,


  • Mathematics,


  • Geography,


  • and any two (2) of


  • Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Government, Biology, Art, History, IRK/CRK, Social Studies and Tech Drawing.
