Leisure and Tourism Management


SSCE Requirements


To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Leisure and Tourism Management department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:


  • English Language,


  • Geography,


  • one Basic Science subject and


  • two other subjects from:


  • Economics/Commerce, History, Book Keeping Principles of Accounting, Mathematics, Fine Arts, French Language, Government, Food and Nutrition, Nigerian Language, Home Economics


  • A credit pass in Mathematics is compulsory.



Fashion Design and Clothing Technology


SSCE Requirements


To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Fashion Design and Clothing Technology department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:


  • Home Economics/Technical Drawing and


  • any four of the following:


  • Fine Art, History, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, Mathematics, Clothing and Textiles, Literature in English, English Language, Home Management


  • At least a credit pass in English Language is compulsory.



Library and Information Science (LIS)


SSCE Requirements


To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Library and Information Science (LIS) department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:


  • English Language,


  • Mathematics,


  • Physics and


  • two (2) other Science subjects.



Hausa / Social Studies


SSCE Requirements


To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Hausa / Social Studies department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:

  • Hausa and


  • any two (2) of:
