Heritage Polytechnic Cut-Off Mark for Architecture

The general UTME cut-off mark is 180, but due to the variation of Architecture cut-off mark depending on the admission year and competition level, we suggest you enquire about the recent JAMB UTME cut-off mark from Heritage Polytechnic Officials. However, to improve your admission chances:

SSCE Requirements

To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Estate Management and Valuation department.

Building Technology (BT)

SSCE Requirements

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Building Technology (BT) department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

Mathematics,
English Language,
Physics, Chemistry and
any one of
Geography, Economics, Arts and Technical drawing.
For holders of NTC, the other relevant subjects could be; Intro. to Building Construction, Bricklaying, Concreting, Walls, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Building / Engineering Drawing, Joinery, Carpentry, Gas, Steam Work and Bronze Welding, Cold / Hot Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage.

Quantity Surveying (QS)

SSCE Requirements

To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Quantity Surveying (QS) department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:

English Language,
Mathematics,
Physics,
Chemistry and
any of Fine Art, Geography or Wood Work, Biology, Economics, Technical Drawing, Further. Mathematics
