To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Architecture department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:

Civil Engineering

SSCE Requirements

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Civil Engineering department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

  • Physics, and

  • one Science subject.

Microbiology

SSCE Requirements

To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Microbiology department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:

  • English Language,

  • Mathematics,

  • Chemistry,

  • Biology and

  • Physics.

Mechanical Engineering

SSCE Requirements

To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Mechanical Engineering department.

  • Physics,

  • English Language

  • Chemistry, and

  • any two (2) other relevant Science subjects.

Building

SSCE Requirements

To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Building department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:

  • Mathematics,

  • English Language,

  • Physics, Chemistry,

  • and any one of

  • Geography, Economics, Arts and Technical drawing.

  • For holders of NTC, the other relevant subjects could be;
    Intro. to Building Construction, Bricklaying, Concreting, Walls, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Building / Engineering Drawing, Joinery, Carpentry, Gas, Steam Work and Bronze Welding, Cold / Hot Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage.

Electrical / Electronics Engineering

To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Electrical / Electronics Engineering department.

  • Mathematics,
