SSCE Requirements


To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Business Education department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:

  • Economics, and two (2) other subjects in the Social Sciences or Arts.


  • For NBC, the other subjects could be from any of the following:


  • Commerce, Office Practice, Principles of Accounts,

Psychology


SSCE Requirements


To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Psychology department.


  • English Language,


  • Government / History,


  • at least a pass in Mathematics, and


  • any three (3) other subjects.



Sociology

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Sociology department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:


  • Government/History and


  • four (4) other Social Sciences/Arts subject.



Banking and Finance (BF)

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Banking and Finance (BF) department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:


  • Mathematics


  • English Language (not Literature in English)
