To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Software Engineering department under Faculty of Data and Decision Sciences, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Building Technology (BT) department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:


  • Mathematics,


  • English Language,


  • Physics, Chemistry and


  • any one of


  • Geography, Economics, Arts and Technical drawing.


  • For holders of NTC, the other relevant subjects could be; Intro. to Building Construction, Bricklaying, Concreting, Walls, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Building / Engineering Drawing, Joinery, Carpentry, Gas, Steam Work and Bronze Welding, Cold / Hot Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage.



2. Environmental Resources Management


To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Environmental Resources Management department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:


  • English Language,


  • Mathematics,


  • Physics,


  • Chemistry and


  • one relevant Science subject.



3. Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry


To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry department.



4. Plant Science and Biotechnology


To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Plant Science and Biotechnology department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
