O’Level Requirements


To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Arabic Language and Literature department under Faculty of Arts and Humanities, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:


  • English language,


  • Arabic and


  • three (3) other relevant subjects.


JAMB Subject Combination


  • English language,


  • Arabic and


  • two (2) subjects from Arts and / or Social Sciences.

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Education and Religious Studies department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
