O’Level Requirement
According to Our research, tertiary institution aspirants should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in SSCE subjects including;
English Language,
Mathematics,
Hausa and
any two (2) of:
Economics,
Geography,
History/Government.
Islamic Religious Studies or
Christian Religious Studies.

Federal Polytechnic, Ede (EDEPOLY) cut off mark for Hausa / Social Studies must be obtained. The general UTME cut-off mark is 180 (For Medical Students, 220 and above is recommended), but due to the variation of the departmental cut-off mark, we suggest you enquire about the recent JAMB UTME cut-off mark from EDEPOLY Officials.
Polytechnic Institution - At least an Upper Credit (UC) pass in Hausa / Social Studies department.
Other Tertiary Institution - At least a Merit pass in Hausa / Social Studies department.
Polytechnic Institution - At least a Lower Credit (LC) pass in Hausa / Social Studies department, but an Upper Credit (UC) / Distinction pass in Hausa / Social Studies department gives you an edge over a Lower Credit (LC) student during admission process.
