O’Level Requirements
To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Agriculture department under Faculty of Agriculture, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:
Biology / Agricultural Science,
Mathematics / Physics, and
JAMB Subject Combination
Biology / Agriculture, and
Any one of Physics or Mathematics

SSCE Requirements
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Building Technology (BT) department.
Geography, Economics, Arts and Technical drawing.
For holders of NTC, the other relevant subjects could be; Intro. to Building Construction, Bricklaying, Concreting, Walls, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Building / Engineering Drawing, Joinery, Carpentry, Gas, Steam Work and Bronze Welding, Cold / Hot Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage.
Urban and Regional Planning (URP)
SSCE Requirements
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Urban and Regional Planning (URP) department.
Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Government, Biology, Art, History, IRK/CRK, Social Studies and Tech Drawing.
Food Technology
SSCE Requirements
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Food Technology department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
Biology / Agricultural Science,
any two of the following:
Geography, Food and Nutrition, Economics, Technical Drawing, Physics, Chemistry, Nigerian Language and Home Economics.
At least a pass in Chemistry is required.

To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Agricultural Engineering / Technology department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:
any three of the following:
Biology / Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics / Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Further Mathematics, Food and Nutrition and Geography.
At least passes in Chemistry, Biology / Agricultural Science / Food and Nutrition.
Chemical Engineering Technology
SSCE Requirements
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Chemical Engineering Technology department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
Biology/Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Woodwork (for Civil Engineering Tech.), Further Mathematics, Geography and Economics / Commerce.
