To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Agricultural Engineering / Technology department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:


  • Mathematics,

  • Physics and


  • any three of the following:


  • Biology / Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics / Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Further Mathematics, Food and Nutrition and Geography.


  • At least passes in Chemistry, Biology / Agricultural Science / Food and Nutrition.



2. Building Technology (BT)


To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Building Technology (BT) department.


  • Mathematics,


  • English Language,


  • Physics, Chemistry and


  • any one of


  • Geography, Economics, Arts and Technical drawing.


  • For holders of NTC, the other relevant subjects could be; Intro. to Building Construction, Bricklaying, Concreting, Walls, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Building / Engineering Drawing, Joinery, Carpentry, Gas, Steam Work and Bronze Welding, Cold / Hot Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage.

To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Architectural Technology department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:
