To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Fisheries Technology department.

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Quantity Surveying (QS) department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

3. Estate Management and Valuation

4. Food Technology
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Food Technology department.

Geography, Food and Nutrition, Economics, Technical Drawing, Physics, Chemistry, Nigerian Language and Home Economics.
At least a pass in Chemistry is required.
5. Agricultural Engineering / Technology
To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Agricultural Engineering / Technology department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:
any three of the following:
Biology / Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics / Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Further Mathematics, Food and Nutrition and Geography.
At least passes in Chemistry, Biology / Agricultural Science / Food and Nutrition.
6. Mechatronics Engineering Technology
To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Mechatronics Engineering Technology department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:
and any one other subject from:
Biology / Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work,
Woodwork (for Civil Engineering Tech.), Further Mathematics, English Language, Geography and Economics / Commerce.
7. Building Technology (BT)
To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Building Technology (BT) department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:
Geography, Economics, Arts and Technical drawing.
For holders of NTC, the other relevant subjects could be; Intro. to Building Construction, Bricklaying, Concreting, Walls, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Building / Engineering Drawing, Joinery, Carpentry, Gas, Steam Work and Bronze Welding, Cold / Hot Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage.
