1. Agricultural Engineering / Technology


To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Agricultural Engineering / Technology department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:


  • Mathematics,


  • English Language,


  • Physics and


  • any three of the following:


  • Biology / Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics / Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Further Mathematics, Food and Nutrition and Geography.


  • At least passes in Chemistry, Biology / Agricultural Science / Food and Nutrition.



2. Building Technology (BT)


To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Building Technology (BT) department.


  • Mathematics,


  • English Language,


  • Physics, Chemistry and


  • any one of


  • Geography, Economics, Arts and Technical drawing.


  • For holders of NTC, the other relevant subjects could be; Intro. to Building Construction, Bricklaying, Concreting, Walls, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Building / Engineering Drawing, Joinery, Carpentry, Gas, Steam Work and Bronze Welding, Cold / Hot Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage.



3. Urban and Regional Planning (URP)


To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Urban and Regional Planning (URP) department.



4. Science Laboratory Technology (SLT)


To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Science Laboratory Technology (SLT) department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:
