1.1 Introduction

The mini wire and rod cutting machine is designed to function automatically and economically, without requiring any electronics. The process of cutting wire or rod into uniform diameters is wholly mechanical. It could cut fewer Outer Diameter (OD) wires and rods in regular sizes. The mechanism consists of a motorized circular wheel that spins like a pulley, grasping the wire to move ahead. The pulley wheel is slotted on one side and is fastened with a spring-loaded wire cutter blade arrangement. Labor-related issues are resolved by the automated system, which reduces costs, improves accuracy, and lowers human error.
