Rescue boats have always been an integral part of marine safety missions and search and rescue operations. Many other ships which are unknown or ships which have been lost can be searched with the help of this Multipurpose RC boat. In case of any mishaps that happen at sea, rescue boats are the easiest option to provide aid to the people in distress. The aim of the study is to design a Multi-purpose Sea Surveillance + Search & Rescue RC Boat. In achieving this aim, the following specific objectives were laid out to design a system that will avoid wave resistance the boat hull is specially designed in Deep-V Shape, for having a proper stability & high speed which will help the speed boat to surpass any upcoming waves, examine the efficiency which can be increased by using a brushless dc motor which till now has proved to be more efficient & less battery consuming, assess the speed boat surveillance issue has been resolved, as the boat is having surveillance waterproof camera, which will provide a clear vision while running on water, and test and run a boat, which have got LED light indications so it may be clearly visible at night time. Investigation revealed the major problems of the Multi-purpose Sea Surveillance + Search & Rescue RC Boat research work, which are: Wave resistance occurs due to the generation of water waves or water spray. The waves create a drag force onto the vessel. In other words, more intense waves cause more resistance to the vessel and lead to damage the boat, Speed boat consumes lot of power due to which it faces lots of problems which indirectly leads to lowering the efficiency of the internal product or speed boat. and there is no proper provision given for the surveillance, incase if the boat is lost. This study will be of immense benefit to other researchers who intend to know more on this study and can also be used by non-researchers to build more on their research work. This study contributes to knowledge and could serve as a guide for other study.
