Design and Implementation of Personnel Collaboration Solution

This project is about the process and the way used to design and implement of personnel collaboration solution for computer science department. It also discusses other areas of application which is highly influencing the information communication technology world. It is apparent that more and more organizations are embarking on collaborative activities to develop ideas. This is particularly evident in information and communication technology (ICT) sectors.

However personnel collaboration practice can facilitates the effective’s outcome of collaborative service development and the critical factors affecting the likelihood of successful personnel collaboration practice are presented here. The new system was developed using HTML Microsoft asp.net and SQL Server. This language was chosen because its objected oriented features and its features for developing online based applications.
