O’Level Requirements
To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Linguistics department under Faculty of Arts and Humanities, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Industrial Design department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
any one (1) from: Spinning, Weaving, Surface Design and Printing, Bleaching, Dyeing and Finishing, Ceramics, Graphic Design, Graphic Printing, Decorative Painting, Spray Painting, Lining, Sign and Design, Wall Hanging, Colour Mixing / Matching and Glazing, Building / Engineering Drawing and General Wood Work.
2. Theatre Arts
To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Theatre Arts department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:

3. History and International Studies
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the History and International Studies department.
Government / History, and
any two (2) other relevant subjects.
4. Mass Communication (MC)
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Mass Communication (MC) department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
any four (4) other subjects in Arts or Social Sciences.
5. Human Resource Management (HRM)
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Human Resource Management (HRM) department.

6. English Language
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into English Language department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
