To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the English Language and Literature department under Faculty of Arts and Humanities, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:
three (3) other Arts or Social Science subjects.

another Arts or Social Science subject.

To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Islamic Studies department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:
Islamic Studies or Arabic and
any three (3) relevant subjects.
3. Arabic Studies
To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Arabic Studies department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:

4. Hausa
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Hausa department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

5. English Language
To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the English Language department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:
