O’Level Requirements
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Fine and Applied Arts department under Faculty of Arts and Humanities, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
Mathematics, Fine Arts and
two (2) other relevant subjects.
For NTC the other two (2) relevant subjects could be from any of the following:
Graphic Painting, Ceramics, Basic Electricity, Building/Engineering/Environmental/Technology Drawing,
Decorative Painting, Spray Painting, Lining, Sign and Design, Wall Handling, Colour Mixing/Matching and Glazing.
SSU Fine and Applied Arts Suggested Cut-Off Mark if Offered
The general UTME cut-off mark is 180, but due to the variation of Fine and Applied Arts cut-off mark depending on the admission year and competition level, we suggest you enquire about the recent JAMB UTME cut-off mark from SSU Officials. However, to improve your admission chances:

To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Hausa department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:

3. Arabic Studies
To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Arabic Studies department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:

4. English Language
