O’Level Requirements
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Visual Arts and Technology department under Faculty of Arts and Humanities, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
Mathematics, Chemistry and
Spinning, Weaving, Surface Design and Printing, Bleaching, Dyeing and Finishing, Ceramics, Graphic Design, Graphic Printing,
Decorative Painting, Spray Painting, Lining, Sign and Design, Wall Hanging, Colour Mixing / Matching and Glazing, Building / Engineering Drawing, General Wood Work.

1. Hausa
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Hausa department.

2. Islamic Studies
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Islamic Studies department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
Islamic Studies or Arabic and
any three (3) relevant subjects.
3. History
To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the History department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:
Any other two (2) relevant Social Sciences or Arts subjects.
4. English Language
To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the English Language department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:
