O’Level Requirements
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Arabic and Islamic Studies department under Faculty of Arts and Humanities, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Islamic Studies department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:
Islamic Studies or Arabic and
any three (3) relevant subjects.
2. Adult Education
To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Adult Education department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:
Economics, Geography, or Physic
Any Two (2) relevant subjects
3. Education and History
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Education and History department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
three (3) relevant Arts subjects.
4. Education and English Language
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Education and English Language department.
Literature in English, and
three (3) other Arts / Social Science subjects.
5. Secretarial Administration and Education
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Secretarial Administration and Education department.
Government, Geography / Physics, Accounting, Business Methods, History, Shorthand,
Mathematics, Commerce, Principles of Accounts, Office Practice AND Secretarial Duties.
6. French
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into French department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
one other Arts subject, and
any other two (2) relevant subjects.
7. Creative Arts
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Creative Arts department.
