O’Level Requirements

To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Architectural Technology department under Faculty of Built Environment.

TECH-U Cut-Off Mark for Architectural Technology

To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Building Technology (BT) department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:

any one of
Geography, Economics, Arts and Technical drawing.
For holders of NTC, the other relevant subjects could be; Intro. to Building Construction, Bricklaying, Concreting, Walls, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Building / Engineering Drawing, Joinery, Carpentry, Gas, Steam Work and Bronze Welding, Cold / Hot Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage.

Civil Engineering

SSCE Requirements

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Civil Engineering department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

English Language,
Mathematics,
Chemistry,
Physics, and
one Science subject.

Quantity Surveying (QS)

To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Food Science and Technology (FT) department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

English Language,

any two (2) other relevant subject from;
