To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Education and Political Science department under Faculty of Education, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:

2. Education and Economics
To study this course, candidates seeking admission into the Education and Economics department, must have at least five (5) credits (C5 and more) in their SSCE disciplines, including the following:
any two (2) other subjects.
3. Criminology and Security Studies
To study this course, a minimum of five (5) credit passes (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following, are required for applicants to the Criminology and Security Studies department.
any two (2) of Arts or Social Science subjects.
4. Guidance and Counselling
To study this course, candidates aspiring to gain admission into Guidance and Counselling department, should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in their SSCE subjects including:
‘O’ Level pass in Mathematics, and
any three other relevant subjects.
5. Agric-Economics and Extension
To study this course, the minimum requirement for applicants seeking admission to the Agric-Economics and Extension department, is five (5) credits (C5 and higher) in their SSCE subjects, including the following:
Biology / Agricultural Science
and one from Geography, Physics and Economics.
