Biology/Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Woodwork (for Civil Engineering Tech.), Further Mathematics, English Language, Geography and Economics/Commerce
For Marine Engineering and Industrial Safety & Environmental Engineering a pass in Biology is required.

Institute of Management Technology, Enugu (IMT) cut off mark for Mechanical Engineering Technology must be obtained. The general UTME cut-off mark is 180 (For Medical Students, 220 and above is recommended), but due to the variation of the departmental cut-off mark, we suggest you enquire about the recent JAMB UTME cut-off mark from IMT Officials.
Polytechnic Institution - At least an Upper Credit (UC) pass in Mechanical Engineering Technology department.
Other Tertiary Institution - At least a Merit pass in Mechanical Engineering Technology department.
Polytechnic Institution - At least a Lower Credit (LC) pass in Mechanical Engineering Technology department, but an Upper Credit (UC) / Distinction pass in Mechanical Engineering Technology department gives you an edge over a Lower Credit (LC) student during admission process.
