1.1 Background Of The Study

Conflict is a part of organizational life and may occur within the individuals, between groups. Social interactions is the hub of social life and remains the basic process through which organizations, societies and institutions mobilize and utilize available resources to achieve predetermined goals. However no matter their level of interdependence, man play a very crucial role among the three, in that, other two are inanimate items and can only be put into use by man. The important of man can therefore not be overemphasized as far as be rich in monetary terms, have enough materials but without adequate and well trained staff to control the money and manipulate materials, such organization is doomed to collapse.
