Method #4 - Pom-Pom Rug Making Tutorial

Using a crochet hook, pull the tied ends of your pom through the rug pad. You will want to tie it around one bar of a squared space. Space the pom's out to your liking. Remember the farther apart the pom's are from each other leaves a greater chance of the rug pad peeking through when you are finished.
