O’Level Requirement
According to Our research, tertiary institution aspirants should at least obtain five (5) credit (C5 and above) passes in SSCE subjects including;
English Language,

Chemistry and
any of Fine Art, Geography or Wood Work, Biology, Economics, Technical Drawing, Further. Mathematics, Introduction to Building Construction, Bricklaying / Block laying, Concreting, Wall, Floors and Ceiling Finishing, Joinery, Carpentary, Decorative Painting, Lining, Sign and Design, Wall Hanging, Colour Mixing / Matching and Glazing, Ceramics, Graphics Design, Graphic Printing, Basic Electricity.

National Institute of Construction Technology Uromi cut off mark for Quantity Survey must be obtained. The general UTME cut-off mark is 180 (For Medical Students, 220 and above is recommended), but due to the variation of the departmental cut-off mark, we suggest you enquire about the recent JAMB UTME cut-off mark from NICTU Officials.
Polytechnic Institution - At least an Upper Credit (UC) pass in Quantity Surveying (QS) department.
Other Tertiary Institution - At least a Merit pass in Quantity Surveying (QS) department.
Polytechnic Institution - At least a Lower Credit (LC) pass in Quantity Survey department, but an Upper Credit (UC) / Distinction pass in Quantity Survey department gives you an edge over a Lower Credit (LC) student during admission process.
