Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin-Ladi (PLAPOLY) cut off mark for Estate Management and Valuation must be obtained. The general UTME cut-off mark is 180 (For Medical Students, 220 and above is recommended), but due to the variation of the departmental cut-off mark, we suggest you enquire about the recent JAMB UTME cut-off mark from PLAPOLY Officials.
Polytechnic Institution - At least an Upper Credit (UC) pass in Estate Management and Valuation department.
